These Terms of Service govern use of PulseQueue, a party playlist and queue management service operated by Revanse. By using PulseQueue, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
- You may use PulseQueue only in compliance with applicable laws, Spotify platform rules, and these Terms.
- You are responsible for the information and content you submit through parties.
- You may not abuse, disrupt, scrape, overload, attack, or manipulate the service.
- You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, or make the software available to third parties without written permission from Revanse.
- You may not use PulseQueue for commercial purposes, paid events, resale, hosting, sublicensing, or revenue generation unless a separate written agreement has been made with Revanse.
Intellectual Property
PulseQueue, including its source code, branding, interface design, graphics, documentation, and related materials, is proprietary and owned by Revanse unless stated otherwise. No license or ownership rights are transferred to you except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
Spotify Connection
- Spotify-connected features require a valid Spotify account and may require Spotify Premium for playback.
- Your use of Spotify through PulseQueue remains subject to Spotify's own terms and policies.
- You must not imply that PulseQueue is endorsed by Spotify without written approval.
Availability and Liability
PulseQueue is provided on an `as available` and `as is` basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revanse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, outages, queue loss, or third-party integration issues.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
